Shipping Information

When will my order be shipped?
Our goal is to ship all orders the same day (Monday to Friday) to European Union. For same day shipping, orders have to be in before 15:00(CET). All other orders ship usually within 24 hours.

However, on days of maximum production such as every Monday, campaigns such as Black Friday, Valentine’s Day or Christmas, the order delivery period may be delayed to 48 hours with an estimated period of 24 to 72 hours for deliveries to European Union.

Your will usually receive your order within 24, 48 or 72 hours from the time it is sent from our warehouse, according to your country and to the carrier option you choose.  Shipments to some countries including Scandinavia may take longer until they are delivered to you.

A signature is required in every delivery case, ensuring perfect traceability.

Delays derived from delays in logistics agencies outside PleasurePlay EU are the responsibility of the company that provides the logistics service.

Customs clearance procedures are not included in the delivery times.

Do you ship to every country in the EU?
We currently ship to many countries in western Europe and Scandinavia including:

Andorra, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, Spain (including the Balearics), Sweden, Switzerland and the United Kingdom.  We do not ship to the Azores, Canary Islands or Madeira.

Which carrier do you use to ship my order?
Depending on the size of the order and country of destination we use DHL, DPD or GLS.

For orders being delivered to Spain (including the Balearics), Andorra and Portugal we may also use Correos, MRW, Nacex or SEUR.

We have the right to alter the carrier at any time.

Does the transport agency notify me of the time and delivery date?
The agency does not have the obligation to contact prior delivery, however, most agencies have systems in place that notify by SMS of the estimated time of arrival to the mobile phone number of the associated client.

What happens if I am not at my business or home when the delivery man comes?
In agency deliveries, if at the time of delivery of your order you are not in your business or home, it will be delivered again the next business day. So up to 2 attempts. The agency will contact you. 

For the Correos agency, they leave a notice at the destination to pick it up at the closest office with a maximum period of 15 days available to collect or return the merchandise to origin. 

For destinations in the European Union, the agency will do everything possible to make the delivery or agree on a common schedule. If delivery is not possible, the package will be returned to us. However, this service may be affected by health emergency situations such as Covid, in case of absence the agency can leave a notice to pick up at the delegation closest to the final destination.

Items in your cart
In order to know the exact amount of the shipping costs, before placing the order you must add the items you want to your cart, select the destination and check the shipping costs according to weight and volume. Before making the purchase your shipping costs will be calculated automatically based on the products you have in the basket and according to the selected transport agency. The information will always be provided prior to payment.

Is there a minimum order requirement in PleasurePlay EU?
No, we do not require a minimum order amount. 

Is my order delivered to me in an anonymous package?
Our shipments are made completely anonymous and do not have external or internal marks and signs that identify their content. Shipments have as sender a logistic operator name PC LOGISTIC.

UPDATED INFORMATION COVID-19 LOGISTICS AGENCIES 03/10/2021

  • CORREOS: It works normally except for orders with cash on delivery, in prevention of Covid 19, all cash on delivery orders are collected at the Office, it is not possible to deliver them at home.
  • SEUR: All orders are sent normally but update information with incidents caused by COVID-19 in some delivery points, the link to know the updated information is  https://www.seur.com/es/informacion-coronavirus/Seur has a delay in all deliveries due to the saturation of its network as of 12/31/2020, orders confirmed by SEUR are not guaranteed delivery in 24/48 hours. 
  • DHL: The official statement is normal delivery in all European Union countries, deliveries outside the European Union are not guaranteed.
  • DPD: They deliver normally without noticeable incidence. 
  • GLS: They have a public link with updated information  https://www.gls-spain.es/es/covid-19/
  • MRW: They deliver normally except in towns where total confinement is decreed.
  • NACEX: They deliver normally except in towns where total confinement is decreed.
  • TIPSA: They deliver normally except in towns where total confinement is decreed.
